We understand that sometimes clothing doesn't fit as expected, or you may change your mind. That's why we offer a simple and convenient return policy.
Return Period You have 30 days from the delivery date to return unworn, unwashed, and unaltered items with the original tags attached.
Return Process
Initiate a Return: Contact our customer service via email at info@shopourstyle.com to start the return process. We will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions. Pack the Return: Safely pack the items you wish to return in their original packaging. Include the completed packing slip with the clearly marked RAN. Shipping: Send the return package to the address provided in the return instructions. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return arrives safely. Who Covers the Return Costs?
We will cover return shipping costs if the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped, damaged or defective product). You are responsible for return shipping costs for other returns (e.g., size exchange, change of mind). Refunds Once we receive and verify that the returned items meet the return criteria, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method. Refunds may take up to 14 days to process.
Exceptions
We cannot accept returns for items that have been worn, washed, altered, or are missing original tags.
